You Can't Start Over, but You Can Start a New Beggining
(Be warned this is a kind of serious post.)
Okay so today was a kind of quiet, cleaning and playing Rock Band 2 day. Okay the Rock Band wasn't quiet, but everything else was.
Due to the quiet and my analytical mind I was kind of thinking through my past and re evaluating everything I thought I knew. I started to think about my past friends who I recently got into a quarrel with and how I use to just go with the flow and do whatever they wanted. Recently I decided to make a change about this and I tryed to be my own person and say my own opinions. That got me kicked out of my collab channel and a cold shoulder from two of them. I don't need friends who do this to me. If they were my friends they wouldn't have taken the situation as far as they did. I know that one of them has to have the feeling that they are in charge 24/7, but I don't need a second mother. I am my own person and no one is in charge of this girl.
This lead my mind into thinking of this new topic: making new friends. This is hard for me. The friends I've had, have been my friends for approximately eight years.
That lead me into thinking of the people at my school. Previously, I kind of had this stereotype that everyone was just going to hate me and that half of them were preppy abercrombie and fitch-ified people. While the other half are people who don't make good grades, smoke crack, and vandalise school property on a daily basis. Then I got to thinking maybe it wasn't the people who were so bad, maybe it was
me! Here I'm the one sitting and looking at all these passerbys in the hall and making judgements, and yet I am the one who says everyone else is bad.
So I came to the conclusion that maybe, just maybe, if I actually got out and started talking to people I could branch out and meet new people. Maybe I could erase my past; forget about my old friends, who I thought I was in dier need for; and go out and have
fun. Thanks for dealing with this post. I kind of just had to get it all out. I love the people who are in my life at the moment and in no way am I upset! At this moment in my life I am the happiest I think I have ever been.
Non-Lame: On Rock Band when a big, bad, tough guy is singing a song; a skinny girl character is singing on the screen.
Lame: This cold weather.

...Of The Day
Starting today,
January 14, 2010 I will post something that is the ...of the day. It could be a song, a quote, a photo, or maybe even a food. It's just
something that 'speaks' to me that day.
February 13, 2010
"Depend on the Lord,
trust him
and he will take care of you."
February 12, 2010
"Life is nothing without risks."
February 2, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote from My Life as Liz
"Friends don't let friends wear slinkets."
February 1, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote.
"Things in life don't happen to you. They happen for you."
January 26, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is chicken fedichini. I don't know if I spelled that right. I just know it tastes yummy.
January 25, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a song.
Looking Up - Paramore
January 24, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote from The Great Gatsby.
"It occurred to me that there was no difference between men, in intelligence or race, so profound as the difference between the sick and the well."
January 23, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a question. If you know the answer please tell me.
How do they make the chew Chip's Ahoy cookies so chewy?
January 22, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is just a fact about me.
Most people's first impression of people is how beautiful they are. I'm the same way, except in my eyes, beauty is being yourself. It's not about your looks.
January 21, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote from the book I'm reading, Knife Edge.
"I was a boat with no oars and no sails, drifting where the currents swept me."
January 20, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a photo!
I love the girls hair, her shirt, her glasses, and I think I'm going to have to steal that camera! I just love it!
January 19, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a qoute from an Oceanic Six song.
"When death comes for you look him in the face and say 'Whatever man!'"
January 18, 2010
Todays ...OfTheDay is a fact!
Did you know that today, January 18th, is clinically proven to be the most depressing day of the year?
I think it's because new years resolutions fail by this time (like mine), but I'm not sure.
January 17, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote that I said myself in a previous post. (Well I didn't exactly word it like this)
"Funny how the one thing you think is holding you up is the one thing that's bringing you down."
How perfect that is for my life at this moment (:
January 16, 2010
Today's ...OfTheDay is a quote from my very own sister!
"Everyone's different and this one's a weirdo!"
Nice to know that my sister has such confidence in herself (:
January 15, 2010
Why did I upload this picture? I have no idea. It just screams retro to me, so of course, I love it!
January 14, 2010
Todays ...Of The Day is a song!
The song is called Love Affair and it's by Copeland.
